SBG at Volta, Basel

We are pleased to be participating at the third Volta Show, opening June 11th in Basel. We'll be featuring new work by a few gallery favorites, as well as work by two artists new to the gallery.
Jeff Gabel will be showing new portrait and text panel drawings featuring the "compact but devastating personality profiles" that Artforum magazine singled out in their review of his January show at the gallery.
'Future Great' Jaime Pitarch, will be represented by several new sculptural works, including his 'Chernobyl' Russian doll (pictured).
And Ian Burns will be showing new constructions that will act as a foretaste of his upcoming solo show at the gallery, which we will be opening the new season with on September 12th.
Lastly, and also by way of a preview of things to come, we will be presenting work by Tessa Farmer, an artist who is new to the gallery, as well as new work by Gavin Perry.
